Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
International Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
Please note that orders shipped to the US may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than estimated.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
