SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship                                                     We ship from Victoria, BC to all provinces and territories in Canada and to all 50 US states.

Rates                                                             Canada, Standard (untracked): $9.99 CAD flat
Canada, Express (tracked): $20.00 CAD flat
Canada: FREE standard shipping on orders over $49 CAD
United States: FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 USD

Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Typical delivery times after shipping
Canada: 3 to 7 business days
United States: 5 to 10 business days.     Express is faster and always includes tracking. Some items ship directly from our suppliers, so parts of an order may arrive separately.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

US customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped to the US may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delays
We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Delivery can take longer during busy seasons.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo if damaged).
